In the event of cancellation, deposits are not returnable. The proprietors reserve the right to alter tariffs at any time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposit - The price of 1 night per room is required to secure your booking. (All Major Credit Cards Accepted) Rooms- Are available from 2pm on day of arrival. Guests arriving earlier may leave luggage in Hotel until Rooms are available. Please make sure to notify the Hotel yor expected time of arrival. We Kindly request that Rooms be vacated by 10.30am. In the Event of Cancellation, the Deposit Paid is Non-Refundable. The accommodation will be re-let if no notification has been received by 5.30pm on the day of arrival. The proprietors cannot accept responsibilit for loss of guest’s property unless handed in for safe custody. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any Contract should the conduct of any party who is a party to that Contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of any other guest.
